Cherryl combines yoga philosophy, modern day psychology, western philosophy and a touch of mysticism to bring you a course that brings ancient wisdom to life.
Philosophy is more than just an academic subject; it is useful and enriching in our everyday lives. Yoga philosophy in particular can help us gain clarity on who we are, what our values are, and how to live in accordance with our true path which ultimately leads to a more free, more confident, and happier way of being.
Philosophical practice has been developing as a new movement within philosophy for several decades now, although it has ancient roots. Today, there are philosophical practitioners throughout the world who exchange ideas and give talks, coaching and workshop on these philosophies. Cherryl doesn’t bind herself to one system only and has found, through her 15 years of teaching experience and study that traditional yoga philosophy is not entirely relevant enough in our modern culture. She therefore combines ancient wisdom with modern thought for a practical take on what she calls Self Mastery.
This course forms part of the dharmaKaya yoga teacher training but you can do it as a stand alone course (and use it as credit towards a training, should you wish to do one in the future).
